A 14-day “Small Hotel and Lodge Management Training” was conducted for women participants of Samagaun and Samdo, by Himalayan Environment and Life Protection( H.E.L.P) in collaboration with the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management( NATHM), prestigious institution for Hospitality and Tourism studies in Nepal. . Through the training, the women participants learned practical skills to excel in the hospitality industry and support the sustainable development of their community. Topics covered included Front Desk Operations, Housekeeping, Food Production and Beverages, Waste Management, and First Aid. With smiles and dedication, they’re ready to welcome guests with newfound confidence and warmth.
